JOB PURPOSE :
The Advertising Traffic Coordinator is responsible for creating and verifying network schedules daily for Midco's entire footprint and supporting the export of new and revised orders for linear advertising schedules. This role ensures compliance with high-quality control standards for all data processed through the traffic system, while optimizing inventory and revenue and exceeding client expectations.
KEY FUNCTIONS :
- Process insertion orders for time and copy instructions with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency, paying close attention to details of orders imported from third party sources.
- Review digital orders for accuracy and submit via the digital platform.
- Manage the network logs, proactively communicating with team members, sales staff, other internal departments and leadership as needed.
- Perform verification and makegood process daily.
- Process, manually adjust, and create network insertion logs on a daily basis.
- Quickly address customer-impacting errors as they are discovered by informing internal stakeholders of the issue and you intend to resolve it; seek clarification and direction as needed to properly resolve issues.
- Recognize and identify deviations from standard practices, seek understanding at the peer level and be empowered to make decisions that are best for the advertiser and company; communicate with leadership, when necessary, to determine appropriate action.
- Generate reliable reports for Account Executives as needed.
- Produce quality insertion schedules for Midco Sports daily, handling live events with a high attention to detail for premium spot placement for advertisers.
- Provide assistance and training to teammates as needed and be willing to cross-train in other aspects of the business to support the team and meet customer demands.
- Assist with special projects by performing duties such as proofreading documents, performing research, soliciting feedback from others, or other duties as assigned.
- Perform troubleshooting when errors occur on the import of orders from OneTIM to xGLinear.
- Follow and serve as a role model in displaying Midco's Core Values and Leadership Success Drivers.
- Adhere to Midco's privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
- Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
