The pay range represents the anticipated base pay for this position. Actual pay will be based on factoring including, but not limited to : market data, internal equity, skillset and knowledge, experience, education and overall qualifications for the role.
This position is eligible for the Community Banking Annual Incentive Plan.
JOB SUMMARY
Assist with the management and supervision of the sales, service and operational activities. This includes attracting new customers, servicing existing ones, and providing leadership to branch staff to achieve financial goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Management :
- Oversee the branch and team, while providing feedback and encouraging growth and engagement from all staff.
- Manage Employee performance issues fairly and promptly, while adhering to employment policies.
- Determine staffing needs; recruit, hire, and onboard new hires.
- Establish clear goals that tie to the vision and mission of the business.
- Document and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Participate in leadership training opportunities.

SCHEDULE
This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. The Company reserves the right to change the schedule as required for business needs.
