We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Clerk. As an Account Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such nVision and Quickbooks
- Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist with payroll processing
- Demonstrate financial acumen and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years clerical experience
- At least six credits in accounting
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as nVision and Quickbooks, for financial record-keeping
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
