Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service agreements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with medical office management standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners to foster positive relationships.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in vendor management and supervising staff is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
