Position Title: TCC Lead, FT

Services Area/Programs: WTRS Residential
Description of Duties: Conduct or administer assessments with child(ren) and parent, develop or assist with developing treatment plan, assist with group for parent and or child(ren), act as a liaison to other agencies, assist with childcare, ensure that all policies and procedures are met and in compliance with state standards, assists with various task related to parent and or child(ren), assist with various administrative tasks if needed, organize and make sure all community and monthly events take place, and attend ALL meetings related to the TCC or with the MFHW. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.
Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory workdays from 1pm. to 9pm. Three alternatives throughout the week are negotiable.
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED). Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working with children in a childcare setting. Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications: Education experience could be a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Special Education, Middle Grades Education, Secondary Education, or the human services field with at least 6 months of experience. Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Child Development Associate credential and related care diploma from a vocational institute with the course of studies including a practicum of childcare as part of the curriculum.
