What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Services Tech 1, FT - (Butler, GA) position at Middle Flint Health & Wellness?
Shift Needs: 7:30 am-3:30 pm
Work with a group of individuals at the Day Center and out in the community on ISP plan along with other tasks.
Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.
Complete route/transportation daily.
Complete contracts in the community as assigned.
Promote a safe learning environment.
Document and track progress made throughout the day.
Complete training as it is assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and one year experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting or associate degree in a related field or one year experience at the lower level or position equivalent (SSS010). Valid Georgia driver’s license is also required.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 1 year experience in a social services setting
Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans)
Minimum Entry Salary *: $13.00 / hour
