We are in search of a motivated applicant to join the BEA family for the following position: Director of Secondary Education/High School Principal
Position Summary:
This role will provide instructional leadership including; curriculum planning, review, implementation and improvement; and professional development. The Director of Secondary Education serves as High School Principal and is responsible for day-to-day building administration and activities. He/she establishes and maintains a safe, pleasant and effective educational atmosphere, provides discipline as necessary and enforces school and district policies.
This position is available in July 2025.

Terms and Hours of Employment:
Twelve months with benefits as provided in the Act 93 Agreement. Competitive salary range

Education and Experience:
Interested applicants are required to have a valid PA certificate in: Principal PK-12 and Administrative I with Secondary Certification
Masters degree from an accredited college or university with at least five (5) years teaching experience and three (3) years as a High School Principal is preferred.
