Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Counter Person with Parts Experience preferably to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with the ordering of parts, inventory management, and front counter customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries in friendly manner.
- Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment on a daily basis.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Maintain stock levels and organize inventory
- Collaborate with sales and service to meet customer needs and expectations
- Must be able to assist customers with a language barrier.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (bilingual proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience in parts/sales management and customer relations
- Familiarity with landscaping and construction equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CMR Systems and data registry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to & from job location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 47.5 per week
