PATIENT REGISTRATION SPECIALIST FLOAT Winter Park and Fraser, CO

Description: Patient Registration Specialist Float is responsible for clerical and receptionist functions as they relate to patient care services. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Prepares and compiles patient records. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Will cover clinics in Fraser and Winter Park, CO
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Secretary/administrative support training course and medical terminology course preferred.
- Good computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, responding to a variety of requests occurring at the same time
- Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire and renewed every 2 years.
Location: Winter Park CO or Granby, CO
Shifts: Days
Compensation: $22.60 - $31.57 per hour DOE
