Job Responsibilities
- Writes first drafts of email content (with supervision)
- Writes first drafts of content for donation forms and landing pages (with supervision)
- Helps podmates to get content reviewed, edited, and ready to ship to clients for final approval
- Learns how to use theories of change in email copy
- Learns how to produce and launch emails
- Learns basic HTML, CSS, and SQL as needed
- Learns basic CRM functionalities
- Learns the basics of email testing
- Learns how to pull, read, and interpret email performance metrics
- Learns how to set up donation forms and other landing pages
- Learns email reporting; can contribute to email reporting (with supervision)
- Attends brainstorms and other internal team meetings
- Occasionally contributes ideas to email calendars
- Updates email calendars as needed
- Proofs peer emails, checking for accuracy and functionality
- Other responsibilities as requested
