We are looking for committed staff members to complement our fantastic core of experienced educators. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the potential to reach students and create a warm learning environment. Our staff has the challenge of working with all ranges of students in all manners of subjects. Experience is not necessary, but a passion for education is!
Responsibilities:
--Assist students with understanding their assigned tasks
--Provide individualized instruction to each student
--Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
--Assess and record student progress
--Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom space
--Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to best serve the needs of each student
--Plan and execute educational in-class activities and events
--Observe and understand student behavior and psyche

--Due to COVID, part of our education program may be online depending upon guidance from our associates. However, this position will be conducted entirely in person. Masks are OPTIONAL for all students and staff unless the CDC mandates them.
