What You’ll Be Doing (Aka, Your Superpowers):
- Be the Ultimate Brand Champion – Build strong relationships with liquor store owners, grocery managers, and retail buyers to expand placements and drive sales.
- Turn Shelves into Showstoppers – Work your magic to secure premium product placement, eye-catching displays, and signage that stops shoppers in their tracks.
- Bring the Brand to Life – Host weekly tastings, train store teams, and get customers excited about Middle West Spirits—because when they know, they buy!
- Own Your Market – Spend 100% of your time in the field, visiting accounts, analyzing trends, and making sure Middle West is the brand everyone’s talking about.
- Collaborate & Conquer – Work closely with our distributor partners to execute sales programs and male sure every bottle has a home.
- Make Data Your Best Friend – Track sales, analyze what’s working (and what’s not), and adjust strategies to keep your accounts thriving.
- Drive the Bottom Line – Crush your goals by securing new accounts, increasing case sales, and growing brand awareness in your territory.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of beverage alcohol sales experience, with a strong focus on retail sales.
- A natural people person who can influence, negotiate, and make things happen.
- An eye for detail—you know how to optimize shelf space, position products effectively, and create displays that sell.
- A self-starter attitude—you thrive on setting goals and crushing them without constant supervision.
- A love for craft spirits—you’re excited to share the story behind what’s in the bottle and why it matters.
- The ability to analyze sales data, spot trends, and pivot when needed to stay ahead of the competition.
- A creative mindset—you see opportunities where others don’t and love coming up with new ways to drive sales.
