Middleburg is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and construction firm specializing in attainable rental housing across the southeastern United States since 2004. We leverage data and technology to drive decision-making and optimize our operations.
We are seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to join our team and help us transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and experience with the Power BI platform to create interactive reports and dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.
This full-time, in-person position is located in the Vienna, VA office and reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into visual analytics.
- Optimize data models and Power BI performance for scalability and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation to help stakeholders effectively use Power BI reports.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new features within Power BI and data analytics tools.
