About the Role
As a Front-End Supervisor, you'll assist the department manager in overseeing daily operations, fostering a motivated and high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front-end operations. This is a full-time position with weekend and evening hours
What You'll Do
Lead & Motivate Staff: Supervise, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service.
Oversee Operations: Manage daily schedules, cash-handling, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Drive Success: Work with the manager to achieve department goals and maintain fiscal awareness.
Hands-On Leadership: Spend the majority of your time operating a register, retrieving carts, stocking items, and ensuring every customer has a seamless shopping experience.
What We're Looking For
- Supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems (ECRS preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency with retail equipment such as scanners, scales, and office tools.
