Description:
This position provides day-to-day support to the field service team. This position will work closely with field service technician and customers to schedule service work in a timely manner. Will take incoming calls from customers to initiate troubleshooting process with technicians. May review engineering drawings for required parts and part ordering to expedite service. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure service is completed on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day activity for field service team
- Enter customer data and service requests into system
- Track progress of work with field service technicians
- Take incoming calls to coordinate service calls for customers
- Strong attention to detail to communicate requirements to customers and field service technicians
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Graduate. Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of field service scheduling and or field service work.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
- Excellent Phone and Communication skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Solid Computer Skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, Infor ERP system
- Must be detail oriented
