DEPARTMENT: K-12 Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Director, K-12 Partnerships
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the daily operations of the Department of K-12 Partnerships.
- Provides customer service to students and parents by phone, email, and in-person.
- Assists with preparing event materials and mailings; Provides event support.
- Receives and records event registrations; Prepares registration information for invoicing; Maintains a database of registrations, payments, and contact information.
- Supports the High School Scholars Program and bridge/transition programs as needed; Assists with High School Scholars packets, parent correspondence, and other duties as assigned for high school and transition programs.
- Processes transactions for enrollment and student support services (registration processing).
- Provides enrollment services information including registration and testing.
- Other duties as assigned related to K-12 programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree
- Higher education experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
Two (2) part-time positions available
SCHEDULE: Part-time position, up to 20 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
25 hours per week during peak registration times, October 15 – November 15; March 15 – April 15
