Brief Description:
The Board of Education of Middlesex County Magnet Schools is currently accepting applications to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to Director for the 2024-2025 school year.
General Responsibilities:
The administrative assistant is responsible for overseeing key administrative, financial, curriculum, and technology-related functions within the Curriculum and Instruction Department. Responsibilities include managing purchasing, budgeting, record-keeping, grant administration, compliance reporting, and district testing.
Additionally, this position supports curriculum initiatives, maintains educational technology platforms, and assists with onboarding new staff.
