Overview
PARKING ATTENDANT
In purpose of the Parking Attendant is to provide a warm greeting and excellent guest services to our parking guests. Provide parking information to guests as needed such as rates, payment methods, and directions.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Parking Attendant is responsible for assisting parking customers, education customers on how to use the PARCS, and Pay Stations.
- Inspect garage throughout the day
- Ensure all systems are operational (PARCS, PGS, CCTV, Elevators, etc.)
- Report any issues to shift supervisor
- Monitor PARCS, PGS and CCTV systems in parking office
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concern
- Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift supervisor
- Provide quick responsive and excellent customer service
- Follow all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations
- Complete and necessary exception forms
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Answer intercoms in a prompt and courteous manner, when required
- Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
Always communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammate
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- No experience necessary – Training provided
- 1 to 2 years experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills preferred
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft suite)
- Ability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
- A valid drivers license is required
