Pediatric Physical Therapist
Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at the Mayer Center - Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation department.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards.
This role requires a graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy, licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut, and 2 years pediatric physical therapy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
