Key Job Duties:
The Patient Care Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services within our dynamic healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly and escorting them to exam rooms, introducing new patients to the team as needed.
- Carefully gathering and documenting patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and medication lists.
- Preparing treatment rooms, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, and disposing of contaminated supplies in accordance with protocols.
- Assisting Providers with patient exams, procedures, and phlebotomy, ensuring accurate and efficient specimen collection.
- Managing patient messages, scheduling appointments, and preparing prescription refill documents for Provider review.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure positive patient outcomes.
