About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team as a float nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including primary care and specialty practices, and support our healthcare teams in delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Summary
The LPN Float Nurse will:
- Assess health needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Float to different locations within Middlesex County to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare teams
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Connecticut
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessing health needs of patients and providing nursing care
- Previous experience in a medical office setting (desired)
