Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst – Budget Systems will play a key role in managing, analyzing, and improving our budget system. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment of our operating and capital budgeting processes. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT or a related field
2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, healthcare, IT or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software, budget systems, or advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, healthcare, IT or related role
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle) and budgeting tools (e.g., Strata, Adaptive Insights, EPSI, Hyperion) is highly preferred
Project management experience is a plus
