What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Middlesex Hospital?
Full-Time 40 Hours (8 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. - on-site with 2 Monday's per month from 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.)
Summary :
The Human Resources Coordinator facilitates and aids with the human resource processes. This role supports and assists the general administration of benefits, payroll, training and development, recruitment, tuition reimbursement and other human resource initiatives and special projects. This role acts as the liaison between HR, employees, management, and third party vendors.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of relevant, college-level coursework and applied experience required
- Two (2) years recent experience in a Human Resources department setting
- Two (2 ) years healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills. Requires advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
