Primary Care Physician - Cromwell

Position Highlights

• Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Cromwell, Connecticut

• Hours: 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only

• Role: 100% office-based outpatient primary care - all ages

• Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APP’s - Averages 3 weeks per year

• Academic Opportunities: Ample academic opportunities to precept medical students and residents

• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal

Position Summary

Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Cromwell, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area, many having practiced here for over 20 years.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine .

• A minimum of three years in primary care.

• Active and unrestricted CT medical license

• Active and unrestricted DEA license
