- Manage medical collections by following up on outstanding claims and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain organized medical records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies in patient information or coding.
- Stay updated on changes in medical billing regulations, coding practices, and insurance policies.
- Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process as needed, including insurance verification and payment processing.
