Position Summary :
The Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District is seeking a visionary school leader dedicated to equity who promotes the empowerment of each and every student through the collaborative development of a vision for learning that is shared and supported by the school community. The high school principal leads a large team of leaders and staff members; Middleton High School serves approximately 2300 students.

Qualifications :
- Minimum requirement of a Master's Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership
- Wisconsin Principal license (51) required; Director of Instruction (10) or Director of Pupil Services (80) License preferred
- Five years of successful administrative experience required (preference given for experience in schools that are racially, linquistically, & socioeconomically diverse)
- Three years of administrator practitioner experience preferred at the secondary level
- Leadership experience across content areas of curriculum, instruction, and student services
- Experience and training in equity and racial justice
