Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join our growing team! If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we want you to help us provide exceptional customer service and sales support. As part of our team, you'll be engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chats, and scheduling appointments to help them find the perfect solution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fast Response: Be the first to connect with our customers by answering calls, emails, and live chats within 15 minutes, using friendly and professional scripts.
- Booking Appointments: Engage with customers to schedule appointments for vehicle test drives, services, and more, while offering helpful product information.
- Lead Follow-Up: Reconnect with potential customers who need a little more time or missed their appointments, keeping them engaged and ready to move forward.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain customer records and track interactions in our CRM system to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work alongside a dynamic sales team and management to create an exceptional customer experience and improve our processes.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed defined sales targets and objectives, contributing to the dealership’s overall success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and online, with the ability to handle objections and rejection effectively.

Benefits
