Support a vision that reflects an ALL STUDENTS classroom program. 5. Adhere to the R.I. Educator Code of Professional Responsibilities. 6. Ability to work with colleagues, parents, students and administrators. 7. Ability to know and utilize technology in the teaching and learning process. 8. Knowledge of curriculum, standards, grade level/span expectations and performance assessment. 9. Promote and support the R.I. High School Diploma System, R.I. Grade Span/Grade Level Expectations, and the Common Core Standards. 10. Promote and facilitate the Professional Learning Community goals in department professional development. 11. Support co-teaching model. 12. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 13. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. 14. Positive attitude. 15. Successful interview. 16.
