Middletown Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 230-bed 5 STAR rated skilled nursing facility with over 30 years of experience in providing trustworthy care for families. We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality care with respect and compassion to our residents.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will :
Deliver routine daily nursing care to residents, ensuring adherence to procedures and proper documentation.
Maintain a calm atmosphere throughout your shift, supporting residents' comfort and dignity.
Assist residents with meals, serving trays, and providing feeding assistance as needed.
Ensure residents' personal hygiene and care needs are met, including helping with bathing functions.
Assist with transportation, lifting, turning, and transferring residents safely.
Respond promptly to resident calls and report any changes in their condition quickly.

Qualifications :
Current and in good standing CNA Certification in New York State.
A genuine commitment to providing exemplary, compassionate care to residents.
Interest in assisting elderly, disabled, and challenging individuals.
Patience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support residents and colleagues alike.
Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills.
A dependable team player who also excels at working independently.
Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
