Position Overview :
As a Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include :
- Transporting residents safely and efficiently to therapy sessions and other areas.
- Accompanying residents on outings, which may occur during late afternoons.
- Setting up and maintaining therapy equipment to facilitate effective treatment.
- Assisting therapists and nurses in delivering daily care and therapy as needed.
- Communicating with therapists and nurses about resident performance, condition, and engagement during care activities.
- Deferring inquiries regarding patient conditions to the appropriate professionals.
- Keeping the rehabilitation area well-organized and free of clutter.
- Performing light clerical tasks as required.
- Completing additional duties as assigned.
