As a Lead LPN, you'll provide vital support to unit leadership while promptly addressing resident and family needs within your professional scope.
Utilize your nursing judgment and skills to prioritize and deliver exceptional direct resident care.
Administer nursing treatments and medications, while observing residents for positive and negative effects.
Communicate and collaborate with care team members to update the Nursing Care Plan based on relevant findings, including lab / test results and any incidents.
Monitor and document vital signs, treatments, and residents' responses effectively.
Prepare, oversee, and evaluate the delivery of care by CNAs, tailoring assignments to residents' individual needs and personnel competencies.
Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active and in good standing New York LPN license.
Commitment to delivering extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
Positive, cooperative, caring spirit to foster an ideal rehabilitation and health environment.
Genuine interest in supporting elderly, ill, injured, and sometimes challenging residents.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Able to work well under pressure while collaborating harmoniously with all staff members.
