Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a qualified Nursing Team Lead to join our team. As a Nursing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing unit activities, supervising staff assignments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise assigned unit activities and staff assignments
* Provide clinical expertise consistent with established standards of nursing practice
* Respond to patient needs in a timely manner
* Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses
* Administer medications and treatments as needed
* Communicate and direct services or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff
* Follow disciplinary action as stated in policy
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, and other vendors/services
* Perform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition
* Lead and direct emergency situations (Fire, Elopement, etc.)
* Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, and census roster
