Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing Physical Therapy programs to help residents achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Develop, organize, evaluate, and implement the Physical Therapy program's goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Interpret and instruct physical therapy policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and family members as necessary.
- Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments (MDS), etc.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as outlined by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act.
