About the Role
- Supervise and oversee unit activities, ensuring seamless operation of our healthcare services.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise, adhering to established standards of Nursing Practice.
- Identify and respond promptly to patient needs, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
- Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary, maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and vendors, ensuring cohesive care delivery.
- Perform RN assessments post-incidents or changes in condition, leading emergency situations when needed.
Requirements
- Current and active RN License in the State of New York.
- Experience working with geriatric, short-term rehab, and Alzheimer's patients is desirable.
- Progressive nursing experience, including supervisory roles, is preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
