Cleaning Technician

The Cleaning Technician Position will work under the leadership of the Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Operations. Thier primary responsibility will be cleaning of units so they are rent ready. You will need to have transportation and a valid driver’s license along with a mobile phone. The Cleaning Technician must meet and maintain the requirements of the Employee Handbook.
Responsibilities:
· Clean units to be rent ready
· Keep turn/clean vehicles organized and clean.
· Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
· Work in a team environment
Qualifications:
· Clean Background
· Valid Driver’s License
· Reliable Vehicle
· Reliable Cell phone with internet capabilities
· MUST have a cleaning background
· Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
