Resident Services- Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary:
The Resident Services Customer Service Specialist will work under the leadership of the Director of Resident Service, in coordinating and assisting tenants' service needs. The Customer Service Specialist must meet and maintain the requirements of the Employee Handbook.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Resident Services Customer Service Specialist
-Coordinate incoming inquires or visitors to the correct department.
-Work with Property Managers and resolve minor customer service issues.
-Communicate with Tenants in regards to renewals, maintenance, inspections, lease violations, tenant issues, and any additional needs.
-Put in Maintenance Request into Property Management Software
-Post Rent Payments from Tenants
-Prepare Move-In Packets for new Tenants.
-Follow up with Tenants upon move in to verify Tenant needs are meet.
Qualifications
-High School Diploma
-Preference of 1 year of Customer Service Experience
-Preference of 1 year of Office Experience
Typical Physical Demands
-Ability to lift 20lbs.
-Work in an office setting.
-Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period of time.
-Ability to be on your feet for an extended period of time.
-Ability to use hand and arm for writing and/or typing.
