What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Game Supervisor and Ticket Taker position at Middletown Public Schools?
The sports Game Supervisor and Ticket Taker jobs are to provide either supervision or ticket taking during home sporting contests at both Gaudet Middle School and Middletown High School.
Ticket Taker Qualifications:
* Must be a Middletown Public School District employee.
* Must be available to work home game events that run both shortly after school and/or in the evening.
* Must interact with fans in a professional manner and work cooperatively with other game day staff.
* Must be trustworthy and have the ability to work with both cash and credit card transactions.
Game Supervisor Qualifications:
* Must be a Middletown Public School District employee.
* Must be available to work home game events that run both shortly after school and/or in the evening.
* Must interact with referees, opposing coaches and fans in a professional manner.
* Must work cooperatively with other game day staff and have the ability to enforce both MPS and RIIL rules and regulations for fan behavior.
* Responsible for helping set up and close down sporting events as well and greet and escort opposing teams to and from their buses.
