Elementary Classroom Teacher-MSES- Wells-Springs Unified Union School District has an opening for a 4th grade teacher at Middletown Springs Elementary School for the 2025-2026 school year. Middletown Springs Elementary School is looking for a collaborative, caring and dedicated professional to join our team in providing a quality education that is student-centered and based on the needs of the whole child. Potential candidates should have knowledge of the Common Core State Standards, Trauma Informed Practices, and differentiated instruction to provide students with the opportunity to thrive in the classroom setting. Ideal candidates would have knowledge of PBIS, as well as be confident in their abilities to collect, analyze and use data to guide instructional practices. Familiarity with technology tools and platforms such as Google Classroom, as well as proficiency-based grading are also an integral part of this position, as is the need for strong communication skills, to promote a positive school culture with families and colleagues.
