Middletown Toyota is hiring for the delivery coordinator position.
The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information to customers after the sales process. The following is a list of certain minimum required duties responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles.
Educate customers on vehicles features, accessories, warranty, paperwork, and maintenance schedules.
Introduces services (repairs and maintenance) provided by the Service Department.
Follow up with customers post-delivery and addresses any concerns.
Job Qualifications:
Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate features and options on various makes and models as well as the represented brand Toyota.
Must have a valid Driver's license that is in good standing and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
