Position Specifics:
Department: Office Admin
Reports to: Store Manager
Supervises: None
Purpose:
The Associate in this role is responsible for a variety of customer service duties and data entry according to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
o Warranty Registration
o Scheduling of deliveries and payments
o Data Entry
o Answer phones professionally and direct calls, when necessary
o Various duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Associate Degree ( Bachelors Preferred)
o 2 Years hands-on Accounting Experience (Preferred)
o Experience with CDK business system applications ( Preferred)
o Understands accounting fundamentals
o High level of attention to detail and accuracy
o Basic Computer skills/working knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( Excel)
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
o Ability to work independently, self-started and energetic
o Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; if deemed necessary
o Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
