- Provide high-quality childcare for children of varying ages, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning.
- Engage in caregiving activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing children.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, ensuring their emotional and social well-being.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare experience.
- Manage the daily routine of the children, including naptime, outdoor activities, and snack times.
- Administer first aid and CPR as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare facility, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and childcare.
**Experience**
- Prior experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or early childhood education is essential.
