The successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving die issues in presses and on the production floor. Strong knowledge of electrical servo systems and Smart Pac programming is also essential.
- Set up and change over dies to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Demonstrate expertise in press operations and troubleshoot equipment when needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement through MTPS practices.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in die setting and operating presses and support equipment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
