We are seeking a skilled Press Operations Expert to join our team at Middleville Engineered Solutions LLC.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have experience in master press operations, diagnosing and resolving die issues, and providing electrical and programming expertise.
- Run all presses and support equipment with proficiency and step in as a fill-in operator when needed.
- Implement temporary and permanent fixes for die issues in presses and on the production floor.
- Program and troubleshoot electrical servo systems and Smart Pacs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in MTPS.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and harassment training.
