Position Overview:
As a Weld Operator, you are a key player in our operations. You will be operating a 5-axis robotic weld cell, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of our growing company that values your skills and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate with Precision: Utilize your skills to operate a robotic weld cell and production machines with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly, and standing for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine duties, including loading and unloading fixtures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Leaders and other team members
- Adherence to safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
