What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Technical Trainer, Level 3 - HVAC position at Midea Group?

Responsibilities :
- Facilitate technical and / or sales training including installation, controls, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, product, and basic applications
- Work with subject matter experts to develop curriculum as required
- Leading the development of technical training programs, including curriculum and corresponding training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and manuals
- Prepare training facility and lab prior to training classes
- Maintain training facility standards, including equipment and tools
- Provide training support, including communication, promotion and coordination of product and technical training
- Acts as a liaison between sales, product marketing, service, and training
- Assist at educational or industry conferences; ability to present at conferences
- Audit technical trainers 1&2 and experienced independent trainers.
