What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at Midea?
Have a basic understanding of the RAC market, and know about RAC and LCAC products.
Work closely with channel network, collect market information, analysis of products between Midea and other brands, and propose 3-year product planning and suggestions for product optimization and improvement for the Russia market based on market demand.
Cooperate with BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development of Professional channel, and at the same time make market channel information into a channel map and share it with the China headquarters.
Assist BU to formulate and implement marketing plans suitable for the market, improve brand exposure and increase Sell-out sales
Assist BU in the management of purchase, sales and inventory, give early warning and assist in proposing solutions when the inventory level Is not reasonable
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Experience Knowledge and understanding of Air Conditioner Industry, OBM market segments
Have good clients resources in HVAC industry
Good understanding of geography of US, with US cultural background
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills
Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
