What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Specialist - 1st Century Bank position at MidFirst Bank - Default?
A Client Support Specialist should be knowledgeable of all Bank services and products and is trained to promote and deliver services, to include, but not limited to deposit accounts, existing loans, funds transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and statistical information. Responsibilities include:
- Processing outgoing domestic, international and foreign currency wires
- Process NSF or Overdraft report and submit with the decisions to management.
- Process central operations/middle office originated entries that require further processing within the bank.
- Assist with review of Remote and Mobile Deposits daily.
- Monitor correspondent account balances to insure proper balances are maintained.
- Process third party vendor charges.
- Prepare accurate reports required by the regulatory agencies related to wire transfers.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of central operations experience in a similar financial environment;
- High school diploma or equivalent required with some college business courses preferred;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Knowledge of bank processes;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent PC skills
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.
