The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group is a subset of the finance organization within MidFirst Bank whose primary duty is to provide senior and executive management with financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for all business units within the bank. Positions within FP&A offer great exposure to all aspects of MidFirst Bank and will serve to further develop knowledge of the banking industry.
FP&A is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst for the FP&A Analyst Rotation Program and Analyst Pool. Primary duties will include processing of monthly financial reporting, variance research, support and customer service for end users of FP&A deliverables, and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Economics with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Candidates must be creative and have a working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office is required
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical, and math skills. Experience in cost accounting and/or banking is preferred
