What are the responsibilities and job description for the Incentive Compensation Analyst position at MidFirst Bank - Default?
Position will be responsible for administration and calculation of a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual incentive sales plans and commission for MidFirst Bank’s Commercial, Private Bank, Wealth Management, Treasury Management and other incentive plans as needed for much of MidFirst Bank’s non-retail operations. This will include working closely with business unit leaders and executive management on plan design to meet bank objectives, compliance requirements, and administrative efficiency. The position will also collaborate with other departments to establish processes, procedures and adequate controls around the collection of data and system sources that will feed into the sales incentive compensation calculations.
The role will be responsible for maintaining the files, problem solving, and providing compensation analysis and reporting to senior management.

Key Skills
- Excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Must be detail and solution oriented.
- Have the ability to work across all levels of the organization including being able to communicate and teach the incentive plans’ participants themselves.
- Must be experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
Education
The ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS degree in Business, Finance or accounting with 5 – 10 years of relevant experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments and administering complex programs.
