Description
The Loss Mitigation Department is responsible for working with borrowers to create a plan to catch up on missed payments and maintain their homeownership. This position plays an important role for our borrowers as our main responsibility is to ensure that Loss Mitigation applications and plans are completed timely and accurately in order for customers to receive payment assistance.
Daily job duties may include a variety of tasks, such as:
- Reviewing application documents sent in by customers
- Processing the application to determine appropriate assistance options
- Creating plan documents to send to customers
- Reviewing and executing documents returned by customers
- Following all required review and error correction procedures
- Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met per company guidelines
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience or 3 years stable work history.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

- Sound decision making to complete reporting and research aspects of the position
